Our lives are a book so to speak. We are either writing a chapter or starting a new one. Here is a quick summary of mine so far.
A native of Minnesota, I lived there all my life until 1999 when my husband was transferred to Florida. During our marriage, we had 6 children and have moved 5 times. It gives me a great perspective of the stress people go through moving within a city, from city to city, or from one state to another.
My professional life started in the insurance industry working Homeowners Policies and then moving to Health Claims. After 10 years in the insurance industry we moved, so I switched gears and became a Director of Religious Education. I was responsible for over 100 volunteers and 800 plus children.
I’ve always loved looking at homes but never thought of being a Real Estate Agent until I went to a class on flipping homes where the instructor was a Real Estate Agent. He walked up to me and said you should get your Real Estate License. That started a new chapter in my book.
Whatever chapter you are in, I hope it is a good one. Are you looking for your first house? Are you just looking for a change or maybe relocating from another state? Is your family growing and you are looking for something larger? Are you downsizing as your children have flown the coup?
My experience allows me to see where you are and often look back in my own life and know the challenges you face in a move. Whether you are selling, buying or both, I always try my very best to make it a positive experience. My care for my clients is as it would be for one of my own family!
